I think it's really important that when you are going in to speak with your doctor about what you're experiencing, it’s really important to just write it down. You can either use paper and pen, or for me I like to—since I usually have my phone on me a lot—I like to pull it out, pull out my note section and just type in what I’m experiencing. There’s also apps that you can use to help chart your mood, and your symptoms, and what you're experiencing. And you can take that information into your doctor and present it to them, and that takes some of the pressure off of you to articulate what it is you're experiencing. And it also helps your doctor get a clearer picture as to what's going on with you in that moment.
